Winter Training Opportunities!

High School Baseball Academy

Seacoast United Baseball is excited to offer a new skills program for teenage baseball players within the Seacoast area for the winter of 2014/15. The High School Baseball Academy will be available at three locations throughout the seacoast region: York Sports Center, York ME; Granite Fields, Kingston NH; and Seacoast Sports Clubs Greenleaf in Portsmouth NH.

The High School Baseball Academy is an accelerated baseball training/playing program which prioritizes skill development and execution. High School/Middle School age players will enjoy the opportunity to play and compete with those of similar motivation and ability. Each class will be coached by two of our full-time baseball staff members.

The High School Baseball Academy is a unique program for 13+ age players (Babe Ruth, Junior Legion, and Legion age eligible). Players will train once each week for 90 minutes for 12 weeks in a challenging atmosphere.

During this 12-week program, every week offensive and defensive drills and games will be encompassed. Pitching and catching skills will also be covered during the duration of the program. Live situational game play will be covered over a timeframe of at least 4 weeks, challenging each player to compete and further develop their skills in a game speed atmosphere.

These motivated players will have the opportunity to train with our enthusiastic and experienced full-time coaching staff and bring the skills they learn into their spring and summer baseball seasons. The cost for HS Baseball Academy is $260 or $285 with a Seacoast United sweatshirt.
